Wedding planner service

• The complete organization of the wedding, the follow-up and the advice of your wedding planner from the signing of the contract to the D-day (unlimited support by e-mail, phone, Whatsapp or video
conference at your convenience)

• Accompaniment for the visit of the ceremony and the reception venue

• Accompaniment for the menu tasting at my trusted caterer with a private driver (subject to availability)

• The drawing up of contracts and payments with the various service providers (with certain exceptions) : I am your only point of contact, which facilitates your procedures and avoids the problems of payment deadlines, in particular

• The organization of a ceremony chosen by the newlyweds (symbolic, civil or religious)

• The organization of a welcome dinner the day before the wedding and/or a brunch the day after (my presence not included)

• Help with administrative procedures for civil or religious wedding if necessary

• Help with booking accommodation for guests through a reservation process

• The “Wedding book Il Pavone Bianco” in paper or digital version with all my advice and documents

• Access to all service provider catalogs through a password on the private session of the website which will be communicated to you after confirmation

• On-site presence and coordination on the wedding day with a dedicated team of 2 to 5 people fluent English speakers. The number will depend on the complexity of the event

• Road or travel costs for all areas of Lake Maggiore, Como or Orta (within
a radius of 100km from the head office located in the municipality of Gattico-Veruno)

• The Italian VAT
